Whether you have been a senior management team member or have supervised a small F&B; team, we are looking for leaders with a variety of experience levels:

The Positions:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team across food, beverage, and customer service operations
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and safe day-to-day service delivery across your assigned area, while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer experience
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Liaise with stakeholders and other event departments to ensure cohesive service
- Monitor stock levels, operational issues, and team scheduling needs
- Resolve issues calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to the vibrant, world-class atmosphere of the Australian Open

The Person:
- Proven experience in a hospitality management setting, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
