PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:

Apoyar al departamento internacional de F&B; asegurando la correcta implementación y uso de datos en los sistemas y herramientas de control de costes. Proporcionar análisis de gasto y rendimiento, ofreciendo insights sobre tiendas, ubicaciones y categorías para mejorar el desempeño general de las operaciones F&B.;

FUNCIONES:

Gestión de precios
- Mantener la estrategia de precios internacional
- Asegurar que los precios estén actualizados y alineados con las directrices
- Gestionar sistemas POS (Simphony, Micros)
- Proponer precios para nuevos productos
- Analizar promociones y benchmarking

Control de compras
- Mantener sistemas de compra (MyInventory / VIA)
- Asegurar alineación entre productos, proveedores y tiendas
- Actualizar precios y productos
- Reportes de proveedores
- Actual
