Experteer Overview
In this role you own the frontend experience from design to deployment, collaborating with design, PMs, and engineers to ship features iteratively. You’ll balance legacy systems with modern React/TypeScript work while driving observability, testing, and UX quality. You contribute to frontend standards, lead technical trade-offs, and help evolve the codebase across a hybrid Backbone and modern stack. This is a chance to shape product UX at scale for tens of thousands of users across Europe.

• Take ownership of the frontend from design to deployment and operations

• Navigate a hybrid codebase balancing legacy (Backbone/Node/EJS) and modern React/TypeScript approaches




• Work across a migration path toward modern React/TypeScript architecture while integrating with legacy parts
• Drive frontend forward across diverse problems and technologies

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of software development experience with modern web frontend technologies
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive debugging, performance, and UX improvement
• Product mindset with user-centric thinking, questioning requirements where needed
• Active use of AI tools in daily development for productivity and quality
• Excellent English communication skills for stakeholders, designers, and engineers
• Sharp product thinking and attention to UX details (edge cases, empty states, error handling)
• Comfort working with remote and co-located teams; structured, analytical, collaborative in remote contexts
• Familiarity with navigating evolving codebases and cross-functional collaboration
