Position: Music & Lyrics Expert - Spanish (ES)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $39–$54/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Up to 6 months
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated music across various genres. Rate it against detailed quality standards in both Spanish (ES) and English.
- Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs. Identify similarities and assess originality.
- Rate lyrics based on quality, creativity, prompt adherence, and originality.
- Evaluate the naturalness of lyrics, focusing on word choice, slang, and regional expressions.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (ES). Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
- Experience as a songwriter, lyricist,



performer, composer, or music journalist. Knowledge of the Spanish (ES) music scene.
- Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

- Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
- Credited or published songwriting work.
- Broad familiarity with contemporary Spanish (ES) genres, sub-genres, and artists.
