Braun Management works with executive teams across German speaking Europe to solve organizational problems that have become too internal to fix.We focus on providing rigorous analysis and honest conclusions for companies dealing with restructuring, underperformance, or complex governance issues.The role As a Junior BI Analyst, you will provide the data foundation necessary for our consulting team to address organizational friction.This specific role involves supporting a major Spanish financial services firm that is currently central to our project portfolio.You will help us analyze their internal structures and operational data to identify where decision rights have become blurred.This is a permanent, full-time position that is performed entirely remotely, allowing you to focus on high-quality analysis without the distractions of a traditional office environment.What you will do Organize and clean datasets related to personnel, performance metrics, and internal reporting lines.Build clear visualizations that highlight areas of operational friction or structural delays for our senior consultants.Monitor and report on key indicators to help identify patterns in organizational underperformance.Assist in the preparation of evidence-backed reports that clarify decision rights and accountability structures.Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure all data points used in client presentations are accurate and verified.Maintain and update internal tracking systems to reflect the current reality of client org charts.Perform basic statistical checks to ensure the integrity of the data being used for restructuring recommendations.Document your analytical methods clearly so that your findings can be easily audited by other team members.What we are looking for Basic familiarity with data tools such as Excel, SQL,
