In this role you drive the long-term channel strategy (PSP) aligned to the AFH-Ru0026amp;R sector, aiming for sustainable growth and profitability. You craft customer-specific strategies and annual plans, translating insights into actionable tactics across range, merchandising, promotions, pricing, service and distribution. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to negotiate value, manage revenue levers, and ensure effective plan execution.

You also contribute to evolving go-to-market models through channel DX initiatives and new growth opportunities.

- Identify opportunities to reach volume, share and profitability targets
- Negotiate volume, pricing and revenue management levers with customers




- Translate levers into client contracts and commercial agreements
- Develop and evolve customer strategic PSP and Annual can plan (AOP) with SWOT analysis
- Create SMART plans covering range, merchandising, promotions, pricing, service and distribution
- Execute customer plan with appropriate communication levels
- Align channel/customer strategy with European sector and participate in Ru0026R-Channel xugodme European Team
- Redefine GTM opportunities by co-leading Perfect Store DX initiatives

Responsabilidades

- Degree in economics
- MBA (valued)
- 2 years of experience in sales or sales support (Trade, Catman, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
