We are looking for a Senior Bid Manager - SATCOM to join an important project based in Madrid - Getafe under a hybrid working model.

Minimun Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in bid management, project management, or the delivery of complex technology programs.
- Proven experience in SATCOM, telecommunications, defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-value national and international tenders and proposals.
- Strong understanding of European defense, security, and space programs.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary organizations and international consortia.
- Track record of managing opportunities with significant financial value and strategic importance.
- Advanced English proficiency for negotiation and coordination purposes (minimum B2 level).

What are your responsabilities?

- Lead SATCOM opportunities from the early capture phases through proposal submission and negotiation.
- Define bid strategies, including market positioning, competitive analysis, value proposition, risk and opportunity assessment, and industrial partnership models.
- Coordinate technical, commercial, financial, legal, and industrial teams to develop competitive and feasible proposals.
- Lead War Rooms, executive reviews, and decision-making processes for high-impact opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate Bid Governance and proposal management processes.
- Contribute to growth strategies and strengthen the company's positioning within the SATCOM market.
- Participate in proposal presentations, bid defenses, clarification activities, and negotiations with customers and strategic partners.
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge transfer in complex bid management methodologies.

Scope of Activities Participation in programs related to military and governmental satellite communications, land, naval, airborne, and space SATCOM terminals, SOTM (Satellite-On-The-Move) solutions, GEO-MEO-LEO architectures,



resilient connectivity, and European secure communications initiatives such as IRIS².
