The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior IIoT Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Inductive Automation’s Ignition platform to join our Industrial IoT Solution Delivery team and help shape scalable digital solutions across our integral manufacturing environments.

In this role, you will design and guide Ignition-based solutions that connect industrial systems and shop-floor technologies with enterprise and cloud environments. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with solution architecture, working closely with automation, IT, cybersecurity, and business teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Design scalable Ignition solutions for distributed, multi-site, and edge manufacturing environments
- Define integration architectures connecting PLCs, industrial systems, OPC UA, MQTT, databases, and cloud platforms
- Guide technical implementation and establish reusable architecture patterns, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with automation, IT, networking, and cybersecurity teams to enable secure and reliable OT/IT integration
- Support technical decisions, solution evaluations,



and PoCs for new industrial digitalization initiatives
- Act as a technical reference for engineering teams and stakeholders throughout solution delivery

Your Background

- Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions with Inductive Automation’s Ignition platform
- Solid understanding of SCADA, industrial automation, IIoT, and OT/IT integration in manufacturing environments
- Experience with industrial connectivity technologies such as OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, Kepware, and PLC integration
- Experience working with industrial data, databases, and programming or scripting languages such as Python/Jython
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Azure, and industrial cybersecurity principles is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and availability to travel approximately 20–30%
