Senior Principal in Organizational Strategy leads transformative engagements that translate strategy into actionable operating models, structures and governance. You work with leadership to design end-to-end transformations for multinational clients, coaching senior leaders and delivering value across complex programs. You will shape proposals, guide health checks, and oversee delivery with cross-functional teams.

This role combines strategy, organization design and change management to drive measurable impact and sustainable change.

- Design and rollout organizational health checks and diagnostics
- Analyze links between leadership, structure, talent and culture to enable change

- Facilitate workshops and discussions with leaders up to Board level to balance needs and decide
- Act as relationship manager for at least one large, complex, multinational client
- Support translation of strategic direction into organizational capabilities
- Lead QA/peer reviews for transformation interventions
- Define and scope solution architecture for transformation initiatives as lead or contributor

Responsabilidades

- 7-10+ years of relevant consultancy or senior client HR/OD experience in complex environments
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation
- Significant change management experience and leading xugodme project teams
- Proven sales history with new business and existing account development in transformation/strategy areas
- Strong business acumen and ability to advise senior executives across industries
- Technical depth in change management, transformation, strategy development/implementation, or organizational design
- Experience with analytics applied to large-scale interventions and financial literacy
- Experience working across countries and geographies in multinational settings
- Industry exposure in Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, Public Services
