About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives involving shared platforms, Salesforce, software subscription management, and cross-functional delivery .

The idóneo candidate will have strong experience coordinating internal and external delivery teams, managing complex stakeholder expectations, driving delivery governance, and ensuring successful execution of strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and shared-platform initiatives.
- Coordinate with external delivery teams and multiple business and technical stakeholders.
- Manage Salesforce-based subscription management platforms , including direct, channel, and reseller order and entitlement flows.
- Drive Agile delivery, governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Manage multi-million-dollar project budgets and ensure effective financial governance.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery performance.




- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across business, technical, and delivery teams.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of senior project/program management experience , preferably in complex enterprise technology environments.
- Strong Salesforce experience – Mandatory.
- Hands-on understanding of subscription management platforms , including:
- Direct sales/order flows
- Channel and reseller flows
- Entitlement management
- Strong experience in Agile Delivery and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience managing complex technology programs and multi-million-dollar budgets .
- Strong delivery governance, risk management, and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to Have

- Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) experience – highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience working with shared enterprise platforms and external delivery partners.

Certifications

- PMP – Required / Strongly Preferred
- SAFe RTE – Strongly Preferred
