Technical Product Manager - AML (Anti Money Laundering)

We’re partnering with a high growth AI driven RegTech company operating within the AML, fraud prevention, and financial crime space. The business works closely with banks, fintechs, and enterprise organisations globally, developing intelligent transaction monitoring and behavioural analytics platforms powered by machine learning and real-time processing technologies.

Following continued growth, they are now looking to hire a Product Owner to help shape the future direction of their AML and product suite.

The Role:

This is a highly visible Product role sitting across engineering, commercial, compliance, and customer facing teams. You’ll play a key role in defining product strategy, owning roadmap initiatives, and helping ensure products continue evolving alongside customer requirements, regulatory changes, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and evolve the roadmap for AML solutions
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and product functionality
- Translate business priorities into clear product plans and delivery objectives
- Monitor market trends, customer challenges, and regulatory developments within financial crime and fraud prevention
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams on go-to-market initiatives
- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve product capabilities




- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide visibility to leadership teams around roadmap progress, priorities, and risks
- Help foster a collaborative and product-led culture across the organisation
- Drive continuous improvement across product processes and delivery practices

Essential Experience:

- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product-focused role
- Software Engineering background or strong understanding of technology and technical concepts
- Experience within Anti Money Laundering, Transaction monitoring and screening, financial crime, compliance, or risk technology environments
- Background within FinTech, SaaS, RegTech, compliance technology, or consulting led businesses
- Strong understanding of transaction monitoring, anti money laundering, compliance processes, or financial crime operations
- Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on delivery
- Comfortable operating within fast moving, scaling environments
