Grimmor is looking for a Technology & Engineering Manager to lead our technology and engineering as we bring our vision to market.
We’re looking for someone who thinks 10 steps ahead — following what’s next in AI, fashion tech, e-commerce and social media, and turning emerging technologies into real product opportunities.
You will
- Lead technology strategy, architecture and product delivery
- Drive AI-powered engineering and development
- Build for scale, speed and quality
- Work autonomously and challenge the status quo
- Shape our technology roadmap and future engineering team
Minimum requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong full-stack development experience
- Proven experience building and scaling web and mobile applications
- Experience leading technology/engineering teams or major technical projects
- Strong knowledge of AI and modern development tools
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, social platforms, fashion tech or similar consumer technology
- Entrepreneurial, highly autonomous and genuinely passionate about technology
