About the Role:We are building a new team of Strategic Event Operations Managers to lead the design and execution of our most complex and high-impact events globally. These are not standard events. They involve large partners, new formats, and operational challenges that often require building solutions from scratch.In this role, you will work fromearly-stage definition to final execution, owning the full operational strategy of each project. You will not just execute — you will define how the event should be operated. This is a highly autonomous role for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are comfortable building structure where none exists.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Ownership of Complex EventsLead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity eventsOwn projects from early planning stages through executionEnsure delivery meets both partner expectations and internal standards2. Operational Strategy & Design (0→1)Translate partner needs into scalable operational modelsDesign processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when neededDefine how the event should be run — not just how to execute it3. Problem Solving in Ambiguous EnvironmentsBreak down complex, undefined problems into actionable plansAnticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategiesMake decisions with incomplete information4. Cross-functional LeadershipWork closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teamsAlign multiple stakeholders around a clear execution planAct as the main operational point of contact for key partners5.
