Job Type:Permanent Employment, Full TimeReporting Line:IT Business Application Manager, EuropeLanguages Required:English and Spanish (Must)ABOUT MIDEA EUROPEWork location is at Midea Europe HQ: Paseo de la Castellana, 85, 9th Floor, 28046 Madrid, Spain.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Business Applications Functional Analyst is responsible for ensuring that business applications meet the strategic objectives and operational requirements of the organization, translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport EU ERP Rollout:Support ERP project promotion and deployment across European sites, master business knowledge and system functions in at least one business domain, and coordinate with business project managers to oversee project implementation.ERP Continuous Improvement:Be responsible for ERP system operation and maintenance after project go-live, and drive continuous improvement of business processes and system functions.Business Requirement Management:Analyze and optimize business processes;
collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements;
translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.Solution Delivery:Coordinate with Group IT development teams to implement solutions, and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.Documentation Management:Create and maintain complete project documentation, including functional design documents, process flowcharts, and user manuals.User Adoption Support:Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful application adoption.KEY REQUIREMENTSEducation:



a bachelor’s degree in science, computer science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of both business operations and information technology.Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of ERP systems, database systems, and data analysis.Language: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
