Task Description:

As an Expert Technical Mentor, you will join a dynamic development team organized under Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), with a shared codebase across all teams. The mission focuses on improving Developer Experience through technical excellence

Technical Skills Requirements:

- Experience in software solution design & delivery including Domain Driven Design, Test Driven Development, Trunk Based Development (L4: ≥10 years).
- Experience in Contract, Integration & Unit Testing (L4: ≥10 years).
- Experience with source control systems (GitLab) (L4: ≥10 years).
- Strong Java development knowledge, especially Java 21 (L3: ≥5 years).
- Experience in concurrent product development (analysis, coding, testing done synchronously) (L4: ≥10 years).




- Experience with Mob/Ensemble/Software Teaming (L3: ≥5 years).
- Experience in transition management with emergent design and rapid feedback cycles (L3: ≥5 years).
- Practical experience in LeSS environment (L1: at least some experience).
- Proven knowledge of Clean Architecture & Clean Code (including hexagonal architectures) (L3: ≥5 years).
- Demonstrable experience setting up test suites as executable documentation (L3: ≥5 years).
- Fluent French and Dutch (C1: complex mastery).
