JOB DESCRIPTION

- The Quality Manager supports Client in further professionalising its testing and quality operations. The focus is on evaluating the current approach, identifying improvement opportunities and formulating a pragmatic vision on quality assurance, test governance and shift-left testing.
- The profile guides assessments and workshops with stakeholders, advises on test levels, quality processes and test automation, and translates the findings into concrete recommendations and a feasible improvement roadmap. In addition, the profile coaches teams and supports the further evolution towards a Quality Engineering approach within an Agile and DevOps context.
- Client LOB Datebeheer wishes to deploy a multidisciplinary test team to support both projects and agile development teams. The team combines expertise in test coordination, functional and technical testing, quality management, Quality Engineering and test automation.
- The team is responsible for the execution and coordination of testing activities, supports the further development of a quality-oriented and shift-left testing approach and formulates pragmatic recommendations on test processes, test levels, governance and automation.
- The team has combined experience in functional testing, integration and end-to-end testing, regression testing, release validation, API testing and CI/CD testing. In addition, the team has proven knowledge of Tricentis Tosca,



Tosca architecture and best practices in enterprise test automation.
- The team works closely with business, IT, suppliers and the existing Client test organisation to further increase the quality and reliability of software deliveries.

PLEASE NOTE: The following skill will not be included in the screening:

- Demonstrable experience with definition of test strategies, both functional and technical (8 years)
- The candidate must have experience in drawing up test strategies.

SKILLS

MUST HAVE

- Demonstrable experience as a quality coordinator in projects
- Demonstrable experience within Software Quality Assurance, Test Management of Quality Engineering
- Proven experience in guiding organizations during quality or test transformations
- Proven experience coaching QA, testing, or engineering teams
- Proven experience in defining testing strategies, both functionally and technically
- Proven experience in creating a Target Operating Model or target architecture for a test organization
- Proven experience in drawing up test strategies
- Proven experience in performing capability, maturity or quality assessments
- The candidate can demonstrate during an interview that he/she has the necessary communication skills and hands-on mentality
- The supplier fills in the team template
- Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

SHOULD HAVE

- Proven experience within energy or utilities
- Proven experience in AI Assisted Analysis, Coding and Strategy
- Proven experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and DevSecOps
- Demonstrable experience with quality management tools (e.g. Quality Center, ...)
- Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2
