Change Manager – Digital & Operational Transformation

Rate: €810 per day

Location: Brussels – 3 days onsite per week

Travel: Occasional travel to London, Paris & Lille

Contract: Mid-September 2026 – January 2027

A leading international transport organisation is looking for an experienced Change Manager to support a major European digital and operational transformation programme.

The project is focused on unifying the technology and processes used by on-board teams across the UK and Continental Europe, introducing a single on-board digital solution and consistent ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

- Support project management, planning, governance and go/no-go activities.
- Work with operational teams and frontline users to define business needs and target processes.
- Coordinate business and functional testing of new technology and devices.
- Deliver change management, communications, training and adoption activities.
- Manage stakeholders across Operations, Technology and senior leadership.




- Support engagement with unions and the safety change process.
- Monitor deployment, adoption and user feedback.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong Change Management experience within complex operational or technology transformation programmes.
- Experience across project management and governance.
- Strong process modelling and analysis experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working across Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Fluent written and spoken French AND English – mandatory.
- International/multicultural programme experience advantageous.
- Rail or transport experience advantageous.
