We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Analyst with more than 5 years of experience in the functional design and analysis of information systems. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective, secure, and scalable solutions.

You will contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects by leading functional analysis activities, supporting system enhancements, and driving continuous improvements across the application landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the conception, planning, and execution of preliminary analysis and functional design activities.
- Conduct in-depth functional analyses of information systems and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Define and document business requirements, processes, and system functionalities.
- Support application changes and enhancements throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, from development to production.
- Recommend, design, and implement system improvements to optimize business processes and user experience.
- Develop functional requirements and specifications to address specific customer and business needs.
- Support system upgrades, investigate issues, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve application problems.
- Assess service requests and evaluate feasibility, technical impacts, resource requirements, and delivery timelines.




- Work closely with developers, testers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage business and technical data.
- Understanding of IT Security principles and secure system design.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and application delivery processes.
