As a Barista with Levy at the Australian Open, you’ll be delivering high-quality coffee experiences to fans, corporate guests and VIPs across a variety of outlets. While your primary focus will be on coffee,
you may also support the broader Food & Beverage operation during busy periods, assisting with general service and hospitality duties.
The Position
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages quickly and consistently
- Operate commercial coffee machines with confidence and care, delivering friendly service to all guests with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Support front of house teams with general F&B; tasks including food running, clearing, and basic service duties
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with food safety and hygiene standards
- Work as part of a team to keep service flowing and guests happy
The Person
- Have proven barista experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Understand coffee service standards and how to deliver a great guest experience
- Are adaptable and happy to jump in to help with other Food & Beverage duties
