Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – Banking Domain (Temenos)

About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with proven experience in the banking and financial services industryand hands-on expertise with Temenos (T24 / Transact) systems. The idóneo candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful design, configuration, and delivery of banking applications and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
- Temenos System Expertise
- Analyze, configure, and support Temenos core banking modules (e.g., Retail, Lending, Payments, Deposits, Treasury, etc.).
- Work closely with Temenos consultants and developers to implement and test system enhancements, interfaces, and integrations.
- Support Temenos upgrades, patches,



and parameterization efforts.
- Solution Design & Implementation
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable solutions that align with business goals.
- Review system architecture, data flows, and interface designs for consistency and performance.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts for system changes and new implementations.
- Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors (including Temenos).
- Prepare and present system documentation, process flows, and impact analyses.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance automation, and improve banking operations using Temenos capabilities.
