Whether you are an experienced mixologist, or have worked in a fine dining restaurant,



we are looking for experienced Front of House team members to deliver our Premium Space offers across the AO Precinct in the following roles:
- Bar Attendant
- Mixologist
- Food & Beverage Attendants
- Suite/Box Waiting Staff
- Restaurant Food Runners
- Restaurant Section Waiters

The Position
- Provide warm, attentive and personalised service throughout sessions, that elevates the guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and provide informed recommendations to guests
- Serve food and beverages promptly and maintain premium standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with your team to deliver seamless food & beverage service
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a calm and confident demeanour
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions (as required by role)
- Follow RSA guidelines and food safety standards at all times

The Person:
- Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a premium or VIP setting.
