Apprentice Employee Communication – Perfumery & Beauty Strategy

Location: Barcelona, Spain

As Employee Communication Apprentice – Perfumery & Beauty Strategy, you will play a key role in bringing our P&B; transformation and 2029 strategy to life for around 5,500 employees worldwide. With a strong focus on video and creative storytelling, you’ll turn strategy into engaging, impactful communication across channels and audiences. This is a unique opportunity to build hands‑on experience in global employee communications at the heart of a strategic transformation.

Your key responsibilities
- Create and edit engaging video content (leadership messages, testimonials, achievements, events, product launches) using approved tools and brand templates for internal use
- Develop storytelling content across formats: videos, written pieces, posts, and campaigns
- Design visual communication assets (presentations, visuals, graphics) aligned with internal corporate branding
- Support the execution of global employee communication campaigns, from concept to publication




- Contribute creative ideas to increase engagement across multi‑generational audiences
- Manage and publish content across internal channels (e.g. SharePoint, newsletters, Viva Engage)
