Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email, chat, and social media.
- Provide outstanding support before, during, and after purchase.
- Assist customers with product information, sizing, availability, and orders.
- Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
- Work closely with the e-commerce, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Retail, Fashion, or E-commerce.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability.
