Our client, a multinational information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting Transmission Consultants to join their project in Spain.

Responsibilities:
- Review of processes followed in handling the Transmission function and communication through different channels to manage B2B customers.
- Support in handling complaints from B2B, Enterprise and other end customers.
- Find technical & process gaps in delivering Transmission function along with measures to fix the gap identified.
- Help to implement the suggested measure to streamline Transmission delivery, arrest end customer escalation.
- Technical, Process and Tools trainings on identified topics during audit/Review
- Plan to achieve SLA’s defined by the customer which are still not achieved.
- Support customer to present the improvement plan in front of customer and support implementation.

Qualifications:




- Resources having experience in Transmission Network and its components
- Knowledge of SDH,DWDM nodes
- Handling experience of B2B customer complaints
- Having Experience in fault management and NOC environment.
- Knowledge and working experience Transmission Network & Tools
- Good Communication Skill in Spanish
- Ability to deliver effective training.
