Purpose of Role
- Providing technical and complex administrative support to the Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and complex administrative support to the legal department.
- To prepare, amend, assist with review, update and maintain a variety of legal
- documents.




- Provide assistance with corporate governance and with complying with statutory
- responsibilities.
- Preparing and filing documents with public bodies such as Tax Agency,
- Commercial Registry, or with the Notary Public.
- Support administrative needs of the department
- Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these
- changes

Attributes/Technical Skills
- Ability to draft legal documents/completed templates, detail orientated.
- Experience in an international environment.
- Desirable expertise fields: corporate legal operations.
- Proficiency on standard software (Microsoft Office, MS Teams).
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage competing priorities
- effectively.
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
- Readiness to face a changing environment and proactive attitude towards new
- challenges.
