In this key leadership role, the candidate will build and lead the SAP Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Spain, acting as the global authority for SAP finance platforms and playing a critical role in shaping the group target IT architecture for finance. The candidate will combine strategic thinking, deep SAP expertise and executive-level stakeholder management to enable sustainable, scalable and future-ready finance solutions across group entities worldwide.

The main responsibilities of the role will be:

- Act as the primary technical and strategic authority for SAP S/4HANA Finance and related SAP finance modules, including SAP BDC and SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management).
- Build, lead and scale a high-performing Centre of Excellence in Spain, fostering innovation, collaboration, knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Define and own the target operating model, architecture and solution design to support global SAP S/4HANA roll-outs.
- Partner closely with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, adoption and value realization of the platform.
- Contribute to and align with the group IT architecture, ensuring finance transformation initiatives are fully aligned with the overall IT strategy.
- Provide executive-level reporting and guidance to senior leadership on program status, risks, opportunities and business value.




- Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement across finance processes and SAP implementations.
- Mentor, coach and develop talent within the CoE, creating a strong pipeline of SAP and finance technology experts.

Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations.Experience in building and managing Centers of Excellence or global teams.

- Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations in complex, international environments.
- Deep expertise in SAP finance modules and strong exposure to future-oriented SAP technologies.
- Solid understanding of finance business processes and their end-to-end integration with IT platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing Centers of Excellence or general teams.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at senior management level.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution and delivery.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
