In this hands-on leadership role, you consolidate and lead a unified quality engineering function across Evinova’s product portfolio. You shape GA-readiness, drive automation and AI-assisted testing, and establish a high-performing testing organization embedded in delivery squads. You act as the strongest quality voice, ensuring releases meet rigorous standards and compliance in a regulated healthtech environment. This role combines architectural testing, people leadership, and strategic delivery at scale.

• Consolidate distributed testing teams into a single, unified function with clear leadership
• Establish the Grade F testing leads and define delivery accountability within each product area
• Define GA-readiness standards and ensure cross-functional alignment on what is testable and shippable
• Lead the shift from manual to automated functional testing; set automation roadmap and tooling decisions
• Own traceability and audit readiness under GxP; implement robust requirements-to-test traceability
• Define and operate AI evaluation frameworks for AI-enabled features in production; ensure auditability




• Embed AI into testing workflows with AI-assisted QA and automated test generation
• Define and implement a metrics framework to visualize quality and drive data-driven decisions
• Partner across engineering, product, quality, and delivery to embed quality early in the delivery process
• Support multiple products with competing priorities and make hard calls to protect release quality
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in quality engineering, software engineering, or product engineering
• At least 3 years leading a quality or testing function at senior level
• Proven track record building test automation programs xqbhyrx from low maturity
• Experience consolidating fragmented testing functions across multiple teams and products
• Knowledge of GxP and requirements traceability in a regulated software environment
• Hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
• Experience defining or operating evaluation frameworks for AI/ML features in production
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent demonstrated through professional experience
