Senior Electrical Engineer at AECOM Spain Building Services Engineering to lead and develop design teams on a range of projects. You will deliver electrical power and lighting designs, mentor staff, and coordinate multi-disciplinary efforts to meet client needs. You’ll contribute to proposals, client relations, and quality control while ensuring compliance with international standards. This role offers impact across diverse sectors, including healthcare, airports, and data centers, within a global leader delivering sustainable infrastructure.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Complete electrical power and lighting designs for projects of all sizes
• Make major design recommendations with limited input from senior staff
• Plan design work, estimate costs and schedules, and assign duties to junior staff
• Coordinate with architecture, structure, mechanical, technology, and suppliers




• Maintain accurate project documentation and design data
• Advise and review work of junior team members
• Attend project meetings and delegate activities when needed
• Prepare proposals and presentations while maintaining client relations
• Assist in project checking for quality control on other projects
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or industrial engineering with Electrical Emphasis
• 8–10 years of experience in a similar role or xqbhyrx equivalent
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Team management/coordination experience
• Good knowledge of international regulations and standards (NFPA, BS, IEC)
• Proficiency in electrical calculation software (CANECO, ETAP)
• Experience in design and calculation of MV/LV installations in buildings and infrastructure
