As Email Marketing Specialist at Degusta Box, you will drive growth by growing subscribers and strengthening retention, shaping the B2C email program across multiple markets. You’ll own CRM strategy, audience segmentation, and lifecycle journeys to boost engagement, conversions, and audience value. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content and insights-driven campaigns. This role offers a chance to shape email experiences for a European audience in a collaborative, data-driven culture.

• Develop and optimise audience strategies across prospects and subscribers to drive engagement, conversion, retention and upsell
• Manage and optimise CRM platform with segmentation, automated journeys and personalised campaigns
• Maintain audience health by monitoring engagement and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and retention
• Structure and optimise lifecycle journeys aligning campaigns with customer journey stages
• Own performance analysis across audiences and emails, turning data into actions
• Drive testing and optimisation, including A/B testing of messaging, content, offers, timing and creative
• Collaborate with Content u0026 Creative teams to provide performance insights for better content and visuals
Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years of email marketing experience managing various audiences
• Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency xqbhyrx with Excel for dashboards and data connections
• Proactive, take ownership when solving problems
• Excellent writing and communication in English
• Highly analytical and results-oriented
• Strong organisation and time management with attention to detail
