In this role you support the end-to-end delivery of clinical studies within Development Operations, coordinating with global study teams and vendors. You help prepare study documentation, ensure timelines and quality, and contribute to risk management and budget support. You work across functions to enable study execution and drive process improvements. This position offers a chance to mentor colleagues and participate in cross-functional initiatives within a integral, multidisciplinary environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support clinical study execution in collaboration with GPD, GSAD, GSMs, and vendors to meet timelines and quality standards
• Lead administrative activities and prepare study-related documents and vendor-facing plans (e.g., Vendor Oversight Plan)
• Maintain and facilitate cross-functional interactions across Data Management, Procurement, Regulatory, Patient Safety, and QA




• Coordinate internal and external meetings and drive their planning and follow-up
• Identify risks and issues and contribute to mitigation and action plans
• Provide project and budget support to the GSM within delegated boundaries
• Participate in or lead departmental initiatives and SME functions
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment
• Support other study and functional activities as assigned
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in clinical practice/health xqbhyrx care, life sciences, or drug development, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online), eTMF, and Veeva Systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Highly proactive and willing to take initiative
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Experience in a clinical research environment and ability to work across global study teams (preferred)
