As a Backend Engineer at N26, you will help safeguard and streamline customer onboarding through robust identity verification and compliance checks. You’ll work on scalable, modern JVM-based services within a cross-functional team, contributing to an active architecural modernization program. Your work directly impacts new customer experiences across Europe, balancing speed with security and regulatory requirements. You will mentor peers, share knowledge, and stay current with technology trends to deliver reliable, well-tested software. Responsabilidades
• Experience developing software with a JVM language and Spring Boot in large-scale production systems
• Microservices architecture understanding
• Relational and non-relational databases knowledge, preferably Postgres
• Experience with modern cloud architectures, preferably AWS
• Full xqbhyrx professional proficiency in English
• Strong bias for action and delivering results
• Ongoing commitment to security
• Ability to write well-tested and well-documented code
• Ability to give and receive open, direct, timely feedback
