In this role, you will safeguard global HR data quality and readiness to power operational decisions and AI-driven innovation. You will bridge data governance, HR technology, and process excellence to identify risks, drive remediation, and ensure standardized data across regions. You’ll translate business quality requirements into technical specifications and support changes in processes, systems, and governance policies. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to monitor standards, detect deviations, and contribute to global reporting accuracy. This opportunity combines analytics, data stewardship, and HR technology to enable scalable, AI-enabled people insights.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Assess downstream impact of data quality issues on payroll, reporting, integrations, and AI inputs
• Perform root cause analyses to distinguish isolated errors from systemic issues
• Collaborate with GPO and Workday Technology teams to implement fixes via process, configuration, or governance updates
• Serve as a bridge translating business data quality needs into actionable technical specs
• Prepare, validate, and execute data corrections within governance and change management
• Monitor adoption of global HR data standards across regions and units
• Detect reintroduction of local deviations and non-standard values risking global consistency
• Support data standardization through fact-based investigations and profiling
• Design and maintain automated data validation and anomaly detection routines
• Produce structured investigation outputs following a consistent framework (Issue, Root Cause, Risk, Recommendation)
Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years in data quality, governance, HR data management or related analytics role
• Experience with Workday HCM or similar enterprise HR platforms (Workday certification/training valued)
• Proven track record of data investigations and actionable findings
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel/Power Query, SQL or equivalent
• Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and data auditing
• Familiarity with data remediation processes including mass loads and EIB
• Understanding of HR data domains: employee records, org structures, compensation, payroll inputs, reporting xqbhyrx
• Exposure to AI/ML data readiness concepts and data quality impact on models
• Experience with data quality platforms or monitoring tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Ataccama)
• Scripting/automation for data validation (e.g., Python, Power Automate)
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy implications for HR data
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Interpersonal ability to work with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT
• Degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
