In this role you support the FPu0026amp;A team and Finance, People, and Product stakeholders by building financial and operational models and dashboards within the Pigment planning platform. You will manage day-to-day administration, governance, and platform performance, coordinating feature rollouts and data integrations. You’ll lead the development of budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analyses, and help translate planning needs into tool configurations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive insights and continuous improvement, offering training and supporting documentation.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Administer and govern the Pigment planning platform on a day-to-day basis
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Pigment teams on feature rollouts
• Lead build and maintenance of financial planning models (budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis)
• Develop dashboards and reports for actionable finance insights
• Capture workforce planning and actuals reporting needs with FPu0026A and People
• Serve as first point of contact for tool-related queries from Finance and People users
• Support rollout of new modules/features across business areas




• Co-lead data integrations between Pigment and Workday FIN/HCM and Data Warehouse
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and model efficiency (including AI-driven configurations)
• Own internal security controls, user roles/permissions, change controls, and model documentation for audit/compliance
Responsabilidades
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar planning platforms
• Experience maintaining and developing reports, dashboards, and models in planning platforms
• Data analysis, database querying (SQL or similar), and dashboard creation
• Understanding of data xqbhyrx structures for operational and financial KPIs
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and project management skills
• Fluent in English
