Working closely with Finance, Commercial, Planning and Expansion teams, you'll provide insightful analysis, forecasting and reporting that supports strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio of stores. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys translating complex data into meaningful business insights and influencing decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of the quarterly and annual financial forecasts, including working with commercial and planning teams to produce accurate financial forecasts for revenue, gross margin and store specific operating expensesSupport new store openings and existing store refits by providing financial analysis on future scenarios to the Expansion teamDeliver insightful monthly financial reporting to upper management to provide clear understanding of key drivers of retail business performance, while highlighting risks and opportunities to deliver the forecastSupport the monthly/quarterly financial close process by ensuring all accruals for retail net revenue and operating expenses are recorded properlyProvide financial support for store portfolio of 100+ stores across multiple business models, through fleet reviews, impairment analysis, capex review,



etc.About YouExperienced Financial or Business analyst, preferably in the Retail sectorUniversity degree in Finance or business administration or several years of industry experienceAbility to translate complex financial information into easy-to-understand presentations, reports and conceptsStrong analytical skills with a commercial mindsetGood understanding of the P&L; and B/S under US GAAPVery good verbal and written communication skills in EnglishSAP and Essbase experience preferredWell organized and structured, able to manage competing deadlinesAbility to work cross functionally and build solid relationships with business partnersThis is ahybrid positionthat can be based in either ourOffenbach or Barcelona office.You will be expected to work from the officethree days per week, although office attendance may vary depending on business needs.The expected salary range for this role is€52,300 - €69,600gross per annum in Germany and€35,400 - €47,200gross per annum in Spain.
