Job DescriptionThis role supports the French Finance team by assisting with day-to-day account ing activities, financial reporting, and basic analysis. The position is based in Madrid and contributes to ensuring accurate financial records, supporting month-end closing, and helping the business maintain financial visibility and control.JOB DUTIES:Assist the Finance Manager with the monthly closing process, supporting activities such as the preparation and posting of journal entries within the defined framework.Assist in preparing basic financial reports and analysis for the French Finance teamHelp maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal policies and proceduresSupport monitoring of expenses and assist in tracking indirect spendPrepare data and supporting files for forecasting and budgeting activitiesAssist in following up on outstanding items (e.G. accruals, invoices)Provide administrative and analytical support to the Finance team and business stakeholdersCollaborate with other departments to ensure correct financial processing (e.G. purchasing, sales,



operations)Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to basic information requestsAttend finance meetings with the Country Leadership Team in a supporting capacityContribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and toolsYOU MUST HAVE:At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role (internships included)High level of English and French;
