The Role
We are looking for an AI & Operations Process Manager, a structured mindset, who loves to improve efficiency in everything and help scale and optimize operations across Secret Media Network. This role will be fully focused on designing, implementing, and improving processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization. Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations with business needs. Align the organization’s business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools and procedures. Performance & Metrics post‑production time, output, quality).
Use data to identify improvement opportunities and drive decision‑making. You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM degree). ~5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management — ideally in large‑scale, fast‑paced, digital‑first organizations. ~ Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance. ~ Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, etc.) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ~ Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must.
