Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in SEO, with proven successful project promotion cases;

- At least 3 years of SEO experience in the iGaming niche;

- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms;

- English levelB1 or higher;

- Ukrainian/Russian native proficiency;

- Development and implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy, including content strategy, technical optimization, link profile management, UX improvements, and behavioral factors analysis;

- Knowledge of HTML and CSS sufficient for SEO-focused code analysis;

- Experience working with high-load and multi-regional websites;

- Deep understanding of all ranking factors;

- Experience with SERM and Parasite SEO;

- Strong expertise in technical SEO;

- Proficient with all relevant industry tools;

- Ability to collaborate with developers, link builders, content managers, and designers;

- Experience inA/B testing of SEO hypotheses and traffic split testing;

- Experience analyzing search engine bot behavior;

- Ability to defend and justify SEO strategies to business stakeholders;

- Understandingof business metrics;

- Experience mentoring mid-level specialists (task setting and guidance);

- Experience inautomating routine tasks.

- Experience working with AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
