POR Studio is looking for a part-time architect with minimum 2 years of relevant experience to work on-site with the Madrid-based studio. The idóneo applicant should be well-versed in BIM software and construction documentation. Knowledge and understanding of Signage is a must.

Position Responsibilities

-Participate on BIM efforts on signage and spatial projects.

-Model signage at a variety of LOD levels 100 -350.

-Help with coordination tasks, running clash detection exercises on projects as well as helping out with the overall coordination.

- Support in documentation of the project with the use of BIM, generating plans, schedule etc. .
- Carry out projects with both the highest level of creativity and respect for client’s needs, schedule, and budget.

Associated Skills & Experience

– Experience delivering projects and construction documentation.

- Bilingual English/Spanish at a high-level (additional languages also a plus).
- Deep knowledge of CAD, Rhino, and BIM softwares, the Ideate Suite for Revit, BIM 360 Team/Design, CDE Systems.





-Knowledge of BIM standards and experience in rendering with Revit.

– Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite.

- Exceptional portfolio of relevant work.
- Strong communication skills.
