ITTF Architecture is a vital part of the BNP Paribas IT Group, operating within IT Transversal & Functions (ITTF).

The ITTF Architecture Division Provides Services To Internal Functions Like Finance, RISK, HR, Communications And Compliance, Consolidates a Portfolio Of ~400 applications And Covers

REPORT TO This role sits within the IT Transversal &

- Functions Iberian platform in Madrid

and reports to the Madrid ITTF Architecture Manager, with a functional reporting line into the head of Architecture Control Tower in Paris.

Role Overview

We are looking for a bilingual (French/English) professional with an IT background to support project managers and teams by ensuring effective coordination, governance, and communication across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure project governance rules and requirements are consistently applied.
- Organize and lead project and architecture review meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate across stakeholders (business, IT, security, production, etc.) to keep project execution smooth.
- Maintain and update project documentation,



governance processes, tracking tools, registers, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Support training and knowledge‑sharing sessions between project managers and architects while driving process improvement and documentation optimization.

Languages REQUIRED SKILLS &

- EXPERIENCE

- Fluent in English &
- Frecnh (mandatory).

Experience: minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner, PMO, or IT project lead on complex delivery programs.

Skills

Business Skills (3 max from skills catalogue)

- IT knowledge (APIs, data models, authentication, encryption, cloud services).
- Deep understanding of application development, cloud concepts, and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to interpret, validate, and challenge technical feedback from Application Owners.
