: Associate Software Engineer (Graduate)

Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with minimal professional experience.
- Demonstrated interest in software engineering, application development, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, automation, or related technology disciplines.

Essential skills and experience include:

- Basic understanding of programming concepts, software development methodologies, and problem-solving techniques.
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.




- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
- Soft skills: willingness to learn and grow professionally, curiosity and passion for technology and innovation, collaboration and teamwork, attention to detail, adaptability, openness to feedback, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Additional experience that would be advantageous:

- Exposure to web, mobile, AI, cloud, database, or automation technologies through academic projects, internships, hackathons, bootcamps, or personal projects.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
