- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant disciplines within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
- Miminum 6 years of Business Development experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on out-licensing.
- Proven experience in generic pharmaceuticals and specialty products.
- Good understanding of European pharmaceutical markets.
- A solid understanding of hospital and retail tender mechanisms, and how tenders influence product commercialization and partner selection.
- Strong negotiation, networking,



and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Additional

European languages are an advantage.

- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Comfortable with working remotely and available for international travel.
- Identify, develop, and execute out-licensing opportunities across European markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and commercial partners.
- Identify and approach potential licensing partners for Humanis' portfolio.
- Lead commercial discussions and support contract negotiations through deal execution.
