Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making

Maintain and continuously optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance

Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover meaningful trends and support leadership in improving care delivery and organizational efficiency

Translate complex, multi-source healthcare datasets into trusted, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels

Ensure BI outputs meet the quality, compliance, and governance standards expected in regulated healthcare environments

Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams — including data engineers, clinical operations,



and AI researchers — to align analytics with real-world needs Who You Are Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management — you know what good looks like in this space

Proven track record designing and managing BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and scalable data models

Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments

Strong communicator who can translate technical findings into clear, decision-ready insights for non-technical stakeholders

Detail-oriented and quality-driven — you hold your work and your team's work to a high standard

Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows

Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms

Background in clinical operations, health informatics, or healthcare IT
