Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Community Manager at SoccerSolver.

The Community

Manager will nurture and grow an engaged community of soccer clubs, analysts, and decision-makers across online channels, including social media, forums, and customer groups. Daily responsibilities include moderating discussions, responding to questions and feedback, sharing product updates, and coordinating content that educates users about the platform’s features and benefits. The role also involves organizing virtual events and webinars, gathering user insights for the product team, and collaborating with marketing to strengthen brand awareness and user loyalty.

The Community

Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent,



helpful, and professional brand voice.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in online community management, customer engagement, or social media moderation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as social media tools, community forums, and basic CRM or helpdesk systems.
- Interest or experience in soccer, sports analytics, or sports business, with an ability to understand club needs and challenges.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple conversations, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with product, marketing, and support teams to improve user experience.
- Previous experience in a SaaS or tech startup environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
