As a Country Success Manager - AWS, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of cloud programs and initiatives at a country level.

You will ensure that local teams, partners and stakeholders are fully enabled to implement and scale AWS-related strategies effectively.

Your mission is to make each country successful in deploying and running AWS initiatives consistently and efficiently. Drive the successful rollout and execution of AWS programs and initiatives at country level, ensuring alignment with European strategy Coordinate and align local resources (sales, pre-sales, marketing, operations) to support program execution and growth Monitor country performance against key KPIs, identifying gaps and defining corrective action plans Support local teams with guidance, enablement and best practices to improve execution and efficiency Proven experience in program management, operations, customer success or business management within the IT or cloud ecosystem Strong understanding of AWS or hyperscaler environments, ideally in a multi-country or regional context Experience working in matrix organizations, coordinating central and local teams across different geographies Analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to monitor performance and define actionable improvements Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory), with the ability to influence both local and central stakeholders Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple teams and priorities Highly organized,
