Experteer Overview
As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst at Socialpoint, you will own and steer complex marketing analytics projects that inform multi-million dollar UA investments. You’ll partner with Marketing and UA squads to optimize campaigns, build robust measurement frameworks, and translate data into actionable, senior-ready insights. You’ll promote best practices, elevate the team’s analytics capabilities, and safeguard data quality. This role blends quantitative rigor with storytelling to shape global growth in mobile gaming.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own planning, requirements gathering, and delivery of large marketing analytics projects
• Partner with Marketing and UA squads to monitor campaigns and optimize budgets
• Analyze UA funnels, ROAS, LTV, and payback; refine attribution and incrementality frameworks
• Visualize and communicate findings to senior stakeholders; provide actionable recommendations
• Lead initiatives to improve team productivity and promote analytics best practices
• Ensure data quality in tracking, attribution metrics, and reporting with Data Engineering

Responsabilidades




• Proven track record in Marketing Analyst, Performance Marketing Analytics, or Growth Analytics driving growth, ideally in mobile gaming
• Strong data storytelling and ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
• Deep understanding of mobile growth metrics (LTV, ROAS, CPI, Churn, IPM)
• Autonomy in framing growth questions and decomposing complex problems
• Advanced SQL proficiency with large databases
• Statistical rigor and experience with A/B testing and experimental design
• Data visualization experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar
• Degree in a quantitative or business-analytical field
• Passion for games or mobile gaming industry
