At Foundever, we are looking for Danish & English Customer Support Agents to join an on‑site project in Seville, supporting a leading company specialized in electronic device warranties and insurance.

? Your role

You will be responsible for:

- Managing warranty and insurance coverage for electronic devices.
- Handling customer incidents, questions, and claims with empathy and accuracy.
- Providing high‑quality service in Danish, using English as a working language.
- Ensuring a positive and professional customer experience at every interaction.

✅ What we offer

- ? Hybrid work option: after the nesting phase and once campaign KPIs are achieved, the role offers the possibility to work up to 50% remotely
- ? Presential position in Seville within a modern, professional office.
- ? Paid training, delivered online and fully included in the contract.
- ? 39 hours per week, 5 working days:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 17:00

- Native or bilingual Danish level.
- Advanced English level (minimum B2).
- Customer‑focused attitude and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is valuable but not mandatory.
- Ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- Availability to work on‑site in Seville.
