and competitive advantage through advanced AI solutions.The role sits within the WMI’s Chief Data & Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAIO).

This role provides an excellent opportunity to influence and shape the strategic agenda for AI adoption and spearhead the deployment of Santander's AI products within the WMI.Oversee machine learning models for predictive analytics.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI guidelines.

Experience with large-scale AI/ML project and team management (Required).

Education BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related technical field (Required).

Certifications in AI/ML and/or cloud technologies (Preferred)Hard Skills Expert-level knowledge of machine learning algorithms (Required).

Proficiency in Python, and AI development frameworks (Required).

Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (Required).

Deep understanding of neural networks and deep learning architectures (Required).

Expertise in predictive analytics and data science (Required).
