Experteer Overview
In this Treasury-focused role, you will manage cash positions, forecast liquidity, and oversee banking operations to ensure optimal funding. You will support FX, hedging, and month-end closing, while driving controls and process improvements within a multinational finance team. You’ll contribute to automation, reporting, and ERP integrations to enhance treasury efficiency and compliance. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Monitor daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts and prepare short- and long-term liquidity forecasts
• Execute payments, manage bank interfaces, reconcile statements, and maintain banking documentation including KYC support
• Post treasury transactions, support FX operations and hedging, assist in month-end closing
• Ensure compliance with controls and IFRS-related treasury accounting, collaborate with finance teams to mitigate risks




• Generate treasury reports, support management and audit activities, and assist with system upgrades, testing, and automation initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Education with a focus on treasury or relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP S/4HANA and Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, or similar)
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify and drive process improvements
• Understanding of treasury fundamentals: cash flow, FX, banking products, IFRS principles
• Structured, autonomous working style with hands-on mentality
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus
• Experience working in a multinational, complex matrix organization
