We have an exciting opportunity to join an international team delivering business-critical solutions based on Microsoft's low-code ecosystem. We are looking for a Dynamics 365 / Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 4+ years of experience, a proactive professional with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly understand business needs, propose improvements and take ownership from day one.

✅ RESPONSABILITIES:

- Design, develop and maintain business solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Configure and optimize Power Automate, Power App s and Dataverse solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements.
- Support integrations with external systems through APIs and data synchronization processes.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Contribute to solution governance , documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in technical discussions , sharing idea s and proposing improvements to existing solutions.

? REQUIREMENTS:

- 4+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.
- Experience designing, developing and supporting business-critical applications.
- Knowledge of integrations using REST APIs, JSON and external services .




- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Experience working in international environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly understand business processes.

✨ NICE TO HAVE:

- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Azure or Azure DevOps .
- Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance or internal control processes.
- Experience with solution architecture, ALM and Power Platform governance .
- Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certifications.

? 100% remote within Spain (legal and physical residence in Spain required)
