Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape premium wellness spaces for a diverse clientele, from luxury hotels to corporate gyms, guided by Technogym’s wellness design standards. You will create and coordinate interior concepts, produce compelling 2D and 3D visuals, and oversee on-site execution to ensure the client vision translates into high-quality environments. You will work closely with clients, architects, and partners to elevate Technogym’s reputation as a premium wellness design partner. This role offers impactful, international projects and hands-on collaboration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and coordinate interior solutions reflecting the client vision and Technogym standards
• Produce high-quality 2D layouts, 3D renderings, and presentation materials
• Collaborate with customers, architects, consultants, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Support implementation with site visits and coordination to ensure alignment between concept and execution




• Contribute to service improvements and customer satisfaction in wellness design
• Create layouts optimizing flow, functionality, and end-user wellness experience
• Strengthen Technogym’s image as a premium wellness design partner

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or wellness/hospitality projects
• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields
• Experience on client-facing design projects in an international environment
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 2D/3D visualization tools
• Experience with PCon Planner; knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3DS Max is a plus
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and passion for premium design
